If Jesus was not in possession of the authority to walk over all the power of satan He would not need to say to us:

 

" Behold I give unto you power to walk on serpent and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy and nothing shall by any means harm you!

 

You cannot give to another person what you don't have and possess!
